Meet Jason - Owner and Head Woodworker

Jason, born and raised in Hawaii, moved to the Central Coast of California 15 years ago to continue his passion in custom cabinet making and high-end finish work. In 2009, he took a corporate job at a booming software company, reaching a level of success he could never imagine. During this time, he continued to help friends and family with various woodworking and construction projects. He even built most of the furniture in his own homes through this time. In 2023, he grew tired of the corporate world and now ready to pick back up the tools and pursue his passion of building custom cabinets and high end finish work. Kapono, the Hawaiian word for righteous, is not only Jason's middle name, but also how he has lived his life but the ethic he puts into his work. He believes in delivering the highest quality product, while keep costs low for the home owner.
